How to Pay? Payments are accepted by Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), Internet Banking, online shopping through www.Sunstarz.com.au, Money Order, Personal Cheque. Please add 3 days to delivery time when paying by personal cheque. Deliveries will be only after clearance of Personal cheques. Customer information including Payment details are protected as per Australian Privacy Act and will not be divulged to any other party. The Payment information collected from customers will solely be used for the purposes for which it was collected and towards the order agreed by our Customers. Delivery Time Packs or any items purchased from Sunstarz, will be dispatched only when the transaction is processed and funds are cleared by our Bank. Orders will normally be sent within 7-10 working days by regular post, or at customer request by express post, Registered mail or courier. Extra postal/courier charges may apply. Delays if any, will be notified to the client by phone or e-mail and if possible to the same person contacted initially. In case of any items not being received within 14 days from day the packs or items are ordered, customers must notify Sunstarz Holidays immediately in order for Sunstarz Holidays to initiate a Postal search for the missing item/s. Sunstarz will not replace any items purchased if advice of undelivered Package/s or items is not received within 30 days from date of order.
Refunds SUNSTARZ will refund costs paid by Customers within the cooling off period , as applicable under each state law of Australia. Packages including all material supplied must be received by SUNSTARZ in resalable conditions. Refunds will be processed within 21days from day of receiving the item/s. After the cooling off period (as applicable under each State law) a cancellation/ administration fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the full amount paid by the Customer. Cancellations will be accepted only within the cooling off period as per Australian State Laws, and on case by case basis after the cooling off period .

Vouchers and its use Hotel/Resort stays are subject to pre-booking and availability at the time of booking. Children and additional guests are charged extra as the vouchers offer Hotel rooms for 2 Adults only. Meal prices are advertised on the Directory sent along with the Vouchers and on the Hotel websites. Call the Hotels directly to check availability and advise them that you wish to make a Flexi Breaks reservation. Once the booking has been confirmed by the Hotel, simply send the vouchers to the Hotel either by Fax or mail and retain the voucher stubs to be presented to the check-in staff on your arrival at the Hotel. Hotels may change their offers depending on the Season and based on the date you book, please ensure you clearly understand the Hotel offer. The Vouchers are valid for a minimum period of 12 months. Should you be left with unused vouchers after months, please contact our Customer service.
