The SUNSTARZ step by step Booking Process
Once you have received your Directory and Accommodation Vouchers follow these easy steps to book your accommodation for your getaway.
1. Choose
Browse the hotel properties featured in your accommodation directory and for latest updates, visit www.sunstarz.com.au and click on "view Hotels" to get most updated list of participating Properties. Decide which property you would like to stay, noting whether 'Meal Deal' and/or '2nd Night Free' options apply.
2. Book and Confirm
Call the property and advise them that you wish to make a Flexi Breaks reservation. Subject to availability your booking will be accepted. Once your booking has been confirmed, simply complete and tear off the appropriate number of vouchers, Mail or Fax the completed vouchers to the property as confirmation of your booking.
3. Validate
On your arrival at the Hotel, present the voucher stub(s) to the Check-in staff member as a validation of your booking. Each voucher is accepted as full payment for one night's accommodation, subject to the Meal Deal or 2nd payment for one night's accommodation, subject to "Meal Deal" or "2nd night Free" terms being met.
